Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Arlington, Houston, Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC). In-person attendance required at least three days per week.

Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do

• Apply methodologies to workforce transformation engagements, focusing on organizational change, HR, and payroll operations.
• Develop scalable approaches to manage operational change and assess stakeholder readiness and capability needs.
• Design and execute integrated communication strategies to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and project meetings.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks and opportunities in workforce operations.
• Support business development by drafting proposals and participating in client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a consulting practice.
• Experience in program/project management or organizational change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
• Willingness to travel 40-50%, occasionally up to 80%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience with communication tools like Camtasia, Canva, or Poll Everywhere.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate analysis and quality.
