What you will do

• Define and execute the AI ecosystem partnership strategy to accelerate product innovation and market expansion.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with AI platform companies, LLM providers, and cloud hyperscalers.
• Drive technical integrations that embed hirify.global into AI frameworks, agent orchestration layers, and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design joint reference architectures and solution blueprints.
• Develop co-marketing and co-innovation initiatives to drive awareness within the AI/ML and developer communities.
• Track partnership pipeline, integration milestones, and business impact metrics to report to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or solutions alliances.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including LLM platforms, agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Proven track record of driving product-level or solution-level integrations in cloud or data infrastructure.
• Ability to engage technically and commercially with engineers, product managers, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills bridging business development with product and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed databases and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in developer ecosystems or open-source communities.
• Technical degree in Computer Science or related field.
