What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the credit control team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive collections and reduce bad debt in alignment with company policy.
• Manage escalated and complex customer accounts through to resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and conduct regular ledger assessments.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to manage aged debt strategies.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and debt recovery techniques.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to pursue a professional credit management qualification such as ICM.
