Salary: $140,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Perform engineering design for water supply infrastructure including pipelines, pump stations, and storage tanks.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software like HEC-RAS and InfoWater.
- Lead the planning and design of potable water treatment facilities and wastewater collection systems.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subconsultants throughout all project phases.
- Provide technical leadership, quality review, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineering staff.
- Engage directly with clients to define project needs and present technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a closely related field.
- PE Registration in California (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater planning, design, and construction administration.
- Proven experience in team leadership, task prioritization, and mentoring.
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
Nice to have
- Experience with levee design efforts and analysis.
- Background in stormwater system design and master planning.
