What you will do

• Conduct color and defect inspections on boards to ensure quality standards.
• Operate production equipment including banders and staple guns.
• Package finished goods, attach serialized labels, and prepare bundles for storage.
• Clear production line jam-ups and assist with line clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and update Tier 1 boards.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks and manage raw material supplies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Meridian, Idaho.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibrations, and varying temperatures.
