Location: On-site in Nashua, NH. Role is restricted to U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or asylees due to ITAR compliance.

Salary: $17.07 - $21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine assembly requirements and methods.
• Install hardware such as helicoils and PEM inserts into components.
• Perform drilling, tapping, and punching operations on metal parts.
• Inspect finished assemblies using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and storage areas.
• Complete required documentation and sign-offs for production processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with deburring, hardware installation, drilling, and tapping.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status (ITAR requirement).
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Background in quality control or inspection.
