What you will do

• Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize equipment efficiency and production quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management for production tools.
• Lead improvement processes and resolve nonstandard events on the production line.
• Execute experiments and implement equipment configuration changes in collaboration with Module Engineering.
• Maintain training manuals and support team certification levels.
• Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, or Associate degree in STEM with 1+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work a compressed night shift schedule (Shift 4).
• Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing full protective gear (bunny suit, hood, booties, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for 9 hours, and walk 2-4 miles per day.

Nice to have

• 6+ months of experience in electronics equipment troubleshooting or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Prior ERT (Emergency Response Team) training and certification.
