What you will do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Cross-train in multiple production positions to support team flexibility.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Interact with team members and supervisors to coordinate production workflows.
• Document production data accurately using computer systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sandston, VA
• Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and dependability in a production environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts as required.
