What you will do

• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
• Create functional business requirement documents and user stories.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using flows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
• Facilitate QA testing and create test scripts to ensure system quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide training to end-users.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies including refinement and prioritization meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX.
• 0-2 years of experience working in the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Strong understanding of auto finance industry loan operations and underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in declarative Salesforce configuration and data management tools like APEX Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required within 1 year of hire.
