What you will do

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts across target industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases with accurate, complete, campaign-ready contact information.
• Source and enrich data using tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and scalability.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including validation, field standardization, lifecycle stage accuracy, and regular audits.
• Segment accounts and leads based on ICP criteria and support structured lead distribution for SDRs and AEs.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research.
• Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication.
• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, and outbound prospecting processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and governance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams.
