What you will do

• Lead the integration of site controllers, inverters, and auxiliary equipment into a unified SCADA architecture.
• Design and configure M2M communications between site controllers, gateways, and data concentrators.
• Deploy end-to-end industrial networks, including fiber/copper infrastructure, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Manage secure communication interfaces between sites, utilities, transmission operators, and cloud platforms.
• Implement multi-layer cybersecurity architectures, including data diodes and defense-in-depth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards and internal cybersecurity frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in SCADA or energy management systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with utility protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, and IEC 61850.
• Deep understanding of OT cybersecurity, firewalls, and network segmentation.
• Ability to debug network connections using tools like Wireshark.
