What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline security projects from programming through closeout with increasing independence.
• Deliver coordinated designs including layouts, calculations, and specifications that meet firm standards.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and structured feedback.
• Improve internal workflows, templates, and tools by submitting Pull Requests and documenting lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to manage scope, schedule, and budget while surfacing risks early.
• Support business development by contributing to pursuits, technical narratives, and client interviews.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with discipline-specific capability in security.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and make sound engineering decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, and cross-discipline coordination.

Nice to have

• PSP/CPP (Security) certification.
• CDT, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications.
