What you will do

• Perform installation, upgrade, testing, and repair of semiconductor equipment.
• Isolate and resolve system malfunctions, taking corrective action to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement new processes, methods, and designs for equipment optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Drive onsite activities and provide technical support for all equipment-related matters.
• Escalate tool events and document daily activities in field service reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Optical) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical service, field service, or customer support role.
• Experience with semiconductor industry safety requirements and cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in machine vision, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and robotics.
• Strong system integration, testing, and debugging skills.
• Must be flexible for emergency call-in work and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of laser annealing or similar optical semiconductor process equipment.
