What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for global engineering teams on PLM software.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including interactive exercises, videos, and documentation.
• Translate new NX CAE software functionality into effective learning content.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for NX, Teamcenter, and Active Workspace.
• Collaborate with application owners to align training with production software releases.
• Implement AI agents and bots to expedite technical task resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of CAD/CAE experience in automotive product development.
• 5+ years of combined experience with NX, Altair software, and Teamcenter.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content-authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a Senior Designer.
• Experience developing enterprise-level technical training programs.
• Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or Black Belt certification.
