What you will do

• Deliver technical training through in-person, virtual, and hands-on methods for automotive systems.
• Coach technicians in-store to improve diagnostics, productivity, and repair quality.
• Develop and facilitate training programs, including ASE and internal certification preparation.
• Track training records and compliance using an LMS.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design curriculum and technical content.
• Support new product, tool, and technology launches through field enablement.

Requirements

• Must reside within the assigned territory in the US.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree in automotive technology.
• Master ASE Automotive Technician certification (including L1) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience in retail, dealership, or OEM environments.
• Ability to travel 75–80% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform hands-on demonstrations.
