What you will do

• Create and facilitate live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and asynchronous e-learning focused on fintech products and payment systems.
• Translate evolving financial regulations (AML/KYC, credit risk standards) into clear training modules.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires in Customer Service, Dispute, Fraud, and Risk Operations.
• Design and maintain instructional materials, including user manuals, job aids, and knowledge base content.
• Assess training effectiveness using data-driven metrics to identify skill gaps and refine programs.
• Design scenario-based training for complex troubleshooting of accounts and transactions in high-pressure fintech environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical training or enablement within a corporate or financial setting.
• Deep understanding of digital payments, blockchain, credit analysis, or banking software.
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and experience with LMS, CRM, and authoring software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance training management and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools (SQL, Dremel, Looker/Data Studio, Tableau).
• Experience owning the end-to-end maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases.
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Training Industry Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
