What you will do

• Manage weekly forecasts, quarterly planning cycles, and annual budgets across the Group.
• Consolidate and challenge financial submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Produce analysis on financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership, the CFO, and the Board.
• Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes by leveraging automation and AI.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into business insight.
• Experience working with large datasets, planning systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and present complex information.
• Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid work model).
