Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (Must work onsite four days per week)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to guide customers through Xbert AI onboarding and initial platform setup.
• Configure AI Employees by writing and refining prompts to produce reliable, predictable responses.
• Build deterministic conversation flows, routing logic, and workflow behaviors.
• Configure prebuilt tools and API-enabled functions within the platform.
• Test AI prompts and customer experiences before deployment to ensure quality.
• Train customers on managing their AI Employees and document all implementation requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to customers.
• Experience writing prompts, building AI assistants, or creating prompt-based automations.
• Foundational knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, including inputs, outputs, parameters, and response patterns.
• Familiarity with tool calling, function calling, and workflow logic.
• Availability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, aligned with Arizona business hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms.
• Background in Conversational AI or chatbot development.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector databases.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and prompt testing.
