What you will do

• Integrate and optimize generative AI solutions into products and internal processes.
• Develop domain-specific AI software using RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Act as the primary internal AI champion by providing guidance, coaching, and workshops.
• Create self-service resources like playbooks and tutorials to empower internal users.
• Partner with compliance and ethics teams to embed responsible AI checks into workflows.
• Gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements to AI tools and platforms.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
• Practical experience developing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents in production.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating enablement assets and running training sessions.

Nice to have

• M.S. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, compliance frameworks, and safety standards.
• Hands-on MLOps experience including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
