What you will do

• Design and deploy robust multi-agent orchestration frameworks and RAG pipelines.
• Develop and maintain advanced input/output guardrails to neutralize prompt injection and adversarial attacks.
• Conduct continuous LLM red teaming and simulations to identify structural weaknesses.
• Manage token usage, reduce latency, and engineer efficient API rate limit strategies.
• Write secure, production-grade code to integrate frontier models into enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in the specific functional area.
• Active certifications for IAT Level II and CSSP Infrastructure Support (e.g., Security+ and Cloud+).
• Proficiency in Rust or Python.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and guardrail frameworks.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration tools and production-grade RAG pipelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience deploying commercial frontier models such as ChatGPT, Grok, or Claude.
• Experience using AI-assisted development workflows like Claude Code or Codex.
• Background in traditional penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or cryptographic concepts.
