What you will do

• Partner with the omnichannel lead to analyze retail sales and manage monthly reforecasting.
• Maintain demand planning models based on sales trends to project inventory needs and gross margin impact.
• Track input costs and analyze product portfolio performance to explain margin shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and model new opportunities.
• Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Must be based in the U.S.
