Location: Remote (full‑time)

Reports to: CFO

We are a fast‑growing US‑based holding group operating across AI, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors. We have 3-4 legal entities at an early operational stage — with ambitious growth plans.

We need a hands‑on Senior Accountant who can build and manage accounting operations from the ground up.

This is a high‑ownership role. You will create structure from scratch, own the close, and eventually build and lead a team.

What you'll do

Own the accounting

• Full-cycle accounting across multiple US entities
• Month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Prepare financial statements under US GAAP

Build from scratch

• Develop accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure and workflows
• Set up document management and accounting processes from zero

Manage complexity

• Intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidations
• Support tax compliance across multiple entities
• Support external audits, tax providers, and regulatory requirements

Partner with leadership

• Work closely with CFO and leadership on financial operations and reporting
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, FP&A, operations, and external providers

Drive automation

• Implement and optimize ERP / accounting systems
• Leverage modern technologies and AI‑driven tools for automation

Support growth

• Help with entity setup and finance infrastructure for new companies
• Over time — build, mentor, and manage an internal accounting team

What we're looking for

Required:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting independently
• Multi-entity environment experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• QuickBooks or similar accounting system experience
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred:

• Startup or high‑growth company experience
• Building accounting processes from scratch
• Tech / SaaS / fintech / AI / blockchain / digital assets background
• ASC 606 (revenue) and ASC 842 (leases) experience
• Public accounting background
• US corporate tax compliance knowledge
• ERP implementation or automation experience
• People management experience
