Salary: $52,000 – $55,000

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and secure messages.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions, including banking product offerings.
• Manage Reg E claims in accordance with federal guidelines.
• Support fraud analysts by gathering information and logging findings in internal systems.
• Educate customers on digital tools and resources to improve their user experience.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of financial institutions and banking operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST.
