Financial Services Representative (Financial Services)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States. Training is on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; qualifying evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may offer remote work after training.

Salary: $27.36 per hour during training, with starting compensation of $56,900, a 10% annual bonus opportunity, and up to 20% additional compensation for eligible evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and provide personalized support to clients.
• Listen actively, explain information clearly, and build client trust.
• Identify client needs and deliver thoughtful solutions and proactive education.
• Resolve issues accurately while taking ownership of each interaction.
• Work assigned weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts according to business needs.

• Ability to complete on-site training in Lone Tree, Colorado, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Ability to work the assigned shift after training, including possible evening, overnight, or weekend schedules.

Nice to have

• Previous customer-service or client-relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
