Customer Service (Fintech)

Location: 100% work-from-home within the United States; optional office work is available for employees local to Tempe/Phoenix.

Starting pay: $17.00/hour. Start date: November 2, 2026.

What you will do

• Support members through onboarding and new account setup.
• Communicate with members by phone and email.
• Listen to members and provide empathetic solutions and guidance.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Document member interactions and activity accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Strong communication skills and a people-focused, solution-oriented approach.
• Availability for Monday–Friday schedules or four 10-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work from within the United States.
