What you will do

• Partner with the leadership team to shape growth strategy, market entry, and new business models.
• Provide financial and strategic insights to challenge assumptions and strengthen decision-making.
• Develop and maintain business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for growth opportunities.
• Track and monitor financial and non-financial KPIs for innovation initiatives.
• Lead long-term financial planning, rolling forecasts, and investment evaluations.
• Drive disciplined governance and funnel management for growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong track record in corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, business case development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in an EMEA office location.

• Experience in venture incubation and ecosystem partnerships.
• Negotiation skills and M&A experience.
• Background in innovation, transformation environments, or finance business partnering.
