What you will do
- Drive commercial business controlling activities for Finnish D2C, B2C, and Allente businesses.
- Provide reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis including KPIs and business cases to support decision-making.
- Analyze key business drivers to identify opportunities for improved performance and profitability.
- Manage and coordinate business development initiatives and strategic assessments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Product teams.
- Provide senior management with actionable insights and decision-making materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial business controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proactive personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in business development, project management, or strategy-related assignments.
- Experience in the media industry.
- Can-do attitude and a humble approach to collaboration.
