Financial Controller (SaaS)

TL;DR

Financial Controller (SaaS): Managing external reporting and developing financial systems to support global expansion with an accent on controlling processes and system scalability. Location: Hybrid (Helsinki, Finland). Must visit the Helsinki office weekly.

Salary: €4,000 – €5,500 per month

What you will do

• Manage external reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and tools, specifically NetSuite and Power BI.
• Drive improvements in internal and external controlling and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, sales teams, and external accountants for vendor registration and invoicing.
• Maintain ARR reporting and reconcile Salesforce and NetSuite data in collaboration with RevOps.
• Identify and adopt AI-native tools to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in controlling and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Top-tier Excel skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Helsinki office on a hybrid basis.
• AI-native mindset with a genuine interest in process automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
