Location: Must be based in Tampere, Finland (Hybrid: weekly office presence required).

What you will do
- Act as a trusted business partner for global supply chain management.
- Deliver regular business reports and KPI metrics including COGS and inventory control.
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet items to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles.
- Contribute to cross-functional development projects to enhance data utilization.
- Translate financial data into actionable summaries for non-finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in management accounting, business controlling, or financial analysis.
- Background in manufacturing, physical products, or supply chain mechanics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with BI platforms like Power BI.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish.
- Applicable degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must be able to work from the Tampere office at least half of the week.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Basic understanding of SQL or interest in data querying tools.
