Senior Business Controller (FP&A)

What you will do

• Partner with the Executive Team and business leaders across functions and countries through financial insight and analysis.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance review processes.
• Build financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives, business development, and performance improvement.
• Develop financial planning, reporting, and decision-support processes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve finance operations and business support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or a commercially focused finance role.
• Experience supporting management through forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews.
• Strong business partnering skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• Experience driving change, improving processes, or introducing new ways of working.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Finland and valid EU work authorization are required.
