What you will do

• Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition for global project and service delivery operations.
• Monitor project accounting processes, subledgers, and balance sheet specifications.
• Oversee inventory valuation and related accounting controls.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Finance and operational experts to resolve accounting issues.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and modern reporting tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Jyväskylä, Tampere, or Tikkurila, Finland.
