What you will do

• Analyze digital performance and customer behavior to identify key growth drivers.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
• Define and implement KPIs to measure business impact and performance.
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Challenge assumptions and provide strategic advice to the Digital & CRM management team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business controller or in a similar finance/insurance role.
• Relevant university degree in a quantitative field.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from one of the specified Nordic office locations.
