Senior UI Designer

What you will do

• Design high-fidelity website interfaces in Figma for desktop and responsive views.
• Apply brand guidelines, design systems, accessibility standards, typography, layouts, imagery, and responsive behaviour.
• Use Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates to create consistent designs.
• Collaborate with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers to implement feedback and resolve blockers.
• Support and oversee a small group of junior designers, review outputs, and track deliverables.
• Use Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite when required.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, design systems, and shared libraries.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and UI best practices.
• Strong communication skills, task-management ability, and capacity to work within timelines.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour.
