What you will do
- Own and develop the design system in Figma, including components, styles, variables and usage guidelines.
- Check interface consistency across the website and support the creation of accessible, responsive digital experiences.
- Help designers adopt the design system and coordinate, organise and prioritise update requests.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, copywriters, integration specialists, developers and other stakeholders.
- Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate component implementation.
- Use AI and stay current with UX/UI practices, accessibility standards and new design tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar design system role.
- Strong UX/UI and digital design expertise, including interaction design, responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience creating, managing and evolving design systems.
- Excellent Figma skills, especially with components, variants, variables, styles and shared libraries.
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers and multidisciplinary teams, plus proficiency in AI tools and generative AI integration.
- Fluent French and good working knowledge of English required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and component architecture.
