About the Role

You will expand and manage partnerships with affiliates, VIP traders, crypto communities, and influencers in Poland. You will develop campaigns that increase user acquisition, trading volume, and active transactions. You will build partner relationships, identify expansion opportunities, share market insights with the product department, and monitor competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or business development within crypto, finance, or trading, especially in Poland
• Analytical skills and experience using data and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Looker
• Understanding of affiliate marketing operations, including tracking, attribution, and campaign management
• Understanding of financial-market dynamics and regulations relevant to Poland and Eastern Europe

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players
• Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, trading and crypto communities, and influencers
• Implement strategies and campaigns to increase content creation, trading volume, user acquisition, and active transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP partners and affiliates
• Initiate and participate in partner meetings to expand and strengthen cooperation
• Collaborate with the product department and provide market insights
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine strategies and identify market gaps
