Partnerships Manager

ETHGlobal is the largest developer community in crypto, organizing hackathons worldwide and building a community platform for technical talent. Founded in 2017, the team focuses on empowering engineers, designers, and product leaders to build the future of Web3.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate new and existing relationships with blockchain, cryptocurrency and traditional companies
- Coordinate across ETHGlobal team members to ensure world-class event experiences for supporting sponsors
- Create partnerships on an event-by-event basis and develop year-long, multi-faceted partnerships
- Bring on partners with technology and mentors to support developer projects
- Represent ETHGlobal professionally to the web3 ecosystem and beyond

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Community roles
- Passion and intrinsic interest in crypto and technology
- Experience selling products to crypto companies
- Experience planning events (large events preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a network in crypto

Nice to have:

- Technical background
- Experience attending and participating in hackathons
- Experience managing accounts payable
- Familiarity with payments through wire, Stripe, and crypto
