What you will do

• Drive growth for digital asset service offerings including tokenized securities, stablecoins, and digital custody.
• Translate complex technical blockchain concepts into practical business solutions for senior stakeholders.
• Assess the interoperability of digital assets with legacy financial platforms and trade lifecycles.
• Identify and expand client opportunities through business development and relationship management.
• Coach and develop a team of consultants and managers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Navigate regulatory, risk, and governance considerations within the digital asset ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be based in or near New York with ability to commute to client sites.
• Deep working knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven track record in business development and originating new revenue streams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
