What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and calendar coordination for technical and non-technical roles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive and organized interview journey.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline feedback loops and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of job postings, networking events, and career fairs.
• Support the onboarding process by managing paperwork and logistical details for new hires.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week).
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Ashby.
