Salary: $100,000–$115,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for designated roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define “best-in-industry” and calibrate level, competencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber talent.
• Represent hirify.global in the talent market and drive urgency while protecting quality and alignment.
• Maintain a high-touch, high-transparency candidate experience from first outreach through close.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics (including time-to-fill) and maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in ecommerce or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing best-in-class talent.
• Strong judgment in assessing talent and protecting the hiring bar.
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
