What you will do

• Partner strategically with Directors to create and execute people plans for Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive high performance, engagement, and healthy organization design.
• Own and iterate the employee life-cycle within the business area.
• Drive measurable changes in company-level Diversity and Inclusion goals.
• Analyze data trends to improve organizational health and inform stakeholder decisions.
• Coach and empower managers to level up their leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience building trusting relationships with Director-level stakeholders.
• Significant experience as a People Partner working with Operational business areas.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in organizational design, employee relations, and talent development.
• Proficiency in using data for evidence-based decision-making.
• Must be based in the UK.
