Performance & Capability Consultant (HR): Driving organisational performance by identifying and solving critical business challenges through leadership, capability, and change interventions with an accent on diagnosing performance barriers and designing scalable solutions. Location: Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 - £95,441 (including London Weighting)

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose performance barriers and deliver measurable business improvements.
• Design and implement scalable capability solutions to support strategic growth and transformation.
• Enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching, development interventions, and succession planning.
• Enable successful organisational change by identifying people impacts and performance risks.
• Leverage data and modern learning approaches to track ROI and optimize people initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in organisational development, leadership, and performance outcomes.
• Strong consulting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing and coaching senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in using data and evidence to measure impact and ROI.
• Experience working within a Centre of Expertise model.
• Must have experience working with SAP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workforce capability planning and talent practices.
• Experience with digital tools or AI-enabled learning technologies.
