What you will do

• Lead and execute the D&I and wellbeing strategy aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Ensure adherence to UK statutory compliance, including full ownership of gender pay gap reporting and regulatory audits.
• Partner with HR centres of expertise to embed D&I into leadership, learning, and talent management practices.
• Collaborate with the resourcing team to eliminate bias in hiring and widen talent sourcing pools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the HR leadership team and GEC on sensitive cultural and societal topics.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and manage external accreditations.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the UK financial services legislative and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders to drive D&I priorities.
• Experience in data-driven decision making and statutory gender pay gap reporting.
• Ability to prepare formal papers for Board and Executive committees.
• Must be based in the UK to ensure adherence to local statutory compliance.
• Relevant degree and/or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD).
