Salary: £80,000 - £95,441 (including London Weighting)

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose performance barriers and deliver measurable business improvements.
• Design and implement scalable capability solutions to support strategic growth and transformation.
• Enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching, development interventions, and succession planning.
• Enable successful organisational change by identifying people impacts and performance risks.
• Leverage data and modern learning approaches to develop efficient, repeatable solutions.
• Define success measures and track ROI to continuously optimise people initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in organisational development, leadership, and capability outcomes.
• Strong consulting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing and coaching senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in using data and evidence to measure impact and ROI.
• Experience leading organisational change in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Must have experience working with SAP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workforce capability planning and talent practices.
• Experience leveraging digital tools or AI-enabled learning technologies.
