What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the University’s people, culture, and organisational capability.
• Shape and implement an integrated People Plan to support the institution's next phase.
• Lead work across workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership capability.
• Manage employee and industrial relations.
• Drive the transformation of People Services.
• Contribute as a senior executive member of the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive (VCE).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a people leader at the executive level in a large, complex, and values-led organisation.
• Strong record of leading people, culture, or workforce strategy at scale.
• Evidence of delivering change and influencing complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to provide confident advice and constructive challenge at the executive level.
• High level of strategic judgement and values-led leadership.
