What you will do

• Define and lead strategy for multi-year transformation programs aligned with client and global objectives.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and steering committees to build partnerships and influence key decisions.
• Establish robust governance frameworks to oversee risk, financials, delivery, and reporting.
• Drive initiatives spanning technology modernization, operating model redesign, and regulatory change.
• Manage program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams across global geographies.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in program management and transformation within capital markets or banking.
• Proven success leading complex programs for Tier 1 banks or financial market infrastructures.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back capital markets operations including trading, clearing, and custody.
• Demonstrated experience managing large program financials, forecasting, and commercial governance.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
