What you will do

• Transition the EMEA onboarding journey into a structured, transparent, and data-driven client experience.
• Drive the adoption of new AI tools and automated workflows across regional operations teams.
• Design and implement structured AI interaction flows for document processing and case triage.
• Perform detailed reviews of legal agreements and organizational documentation to ensure KYC standards are met.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and establish strict SLAs using predictive analytics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of transformation program managers and business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in AML/KYC operations within a fast-paced, strongly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams, including team leads, across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical skills and a control mentality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and process/control simplification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team under pressure.
