What you will do

• Establish governance frameworks and standards to ensure technology investments have clear business cases and ROI tracking.
• Own the integrated cross-portfolio view of technology commitments, including dependencies, sequencing, and capacity constraints.
• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including organizational readiness for agentic AI and advanced automation.
• Design and operate the technology organization's operating rhythm, including portfolio reviews, planning cycles, and escalation forums.
• Implement structured change management to ensure major organizational and technology changes are effectively adopted.
• Deliver transparent portfolio reporting on progress, risks, and trade-offs for executive and Board-level leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology program management, transformation leadership, or strategy execution within global Fintech or Financial Services.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in portfolio and program management and designing governance structures for large technology organizations.
• Strong financial literacy, including technology investment modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Experience operating directly within the office of a CTO, CPO, or equivalent senior executive.

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in a technology or business discipline).
• Program or portfolio management certifications (PgMP, PMP, SAFe).
• Change management certification (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP).
