What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of payment product launches across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and priorities while managing trade-offs and critical paths.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and speed of delivery.
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and sequencing of delivery for cross-collective programs.
• Drive decision-making to remove blockers and enhance operational effectiveness across your area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch.
• Must be based in the UK or be eligible for relocation/visa sponsorship to the UK.
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively with executive leadership and diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of how technical functionality across products and platforms delivers user value.
• Ability to analyze data and architecture to make decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
