What you will do

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding contract risks and compliance obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, Framework Agreements, and DPAs.
• Design and implement automated legal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes and coordinate the work of external legal advisers.
• Advise on data protection matters and provide direct support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Requirements

• UK qualified solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial law within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of data protection and UK GDPR.
• Ability to balance risk management with commercial pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in managing a varied workload independently and prioritizing effectively.
