What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial customer and supplier agreements.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Support legal research, licensing, and gaming regulatory initiatives across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including ownership, licensing, and protection of company assets.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and self-service guidance to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with approximately 1-3 years PQE.
• Strong grounding in commercial law with proven experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Commercial mindset capable of balancing legal risk with pragmatic business solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of workstreams.
